To Sara, movement is the spice of life! She worked in the disability field for 10 years, helping people with a variety of physical and developmental disabilities to overcome barriers to maximize participation. She pursued a master’s in physical therapy so she could take it to the next level and help more people to achieve their physical and lifestyle goals. She is very passionate about getting people moving, and the best way to do that is through education, manual therapy to alleviate pain and exercise to maximize mechanics and endurance! She gets a kick out of personalizing exercise programs for people to return to their work or hobbies. Having competed in university-level rowing, running and biathlon she appreciates the importance and value that physical activity plays in our lives. As a coach she learned to structure activity programs to gradually challenge her athletes physically and mentally. She does the same thing in her personal life as she is an avid backpacker, hiker, cyclist and runner. Mountains and open roads are her happy places and her hope is to help you get to YOURS with more ease and less pain!
