Jessica Vo received her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta.
Her treatment style involves finding the underlying issues and forming an individualized treatment plan based on your specific needs and lifestyle or sport. She utilizes a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and education, to optimize recovery and promote self-management. She enjoys working with various client populations including athletes, kids, seniors, and patients with orthopaedic or neurological conditions. Jessica is passionate about working with clients to solve and understand their ailments leading to return to sport or activity. Her philosophy? Physiotherapy is a tool clients can utilize to meet their personal goals and promote long term self-management and empowerment of their health and well-being.
Outside the clinic, Jessica enjoys various activities including indoor bouldering and top rope climbing, hiking, snowboarding, and general strength training. She loves spending time with her friends and trying new restaurants in the city.
