In 2014, Whitney became very interested in fitness and flexibility. Having never been flexible as a child, she spent time as an adult learning about muscles, stretching techniques and started applying them to her own practice. She has completed multiple flexibility and contortion certification programs. She has designed group and personal flexibility programs to help others achieve their flexibility goals. Whitney is currently enrolled in school to become a personal fitness trainer in Alberta.
When not focused on flexibility, Whitney spends time teaching pole fitness, handstands and hand balancing.
